We are looking for an experienced and proactive Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international flight ticketing, hotel bookings, and international holiday package designing, with robust destination knowledge.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Travel Operations / International Travel
- Experience in handling international travel bookings and operations
- Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international flight ticketing, reservations, cancellations, reissues, and amendments
- Manage hotel bookings and coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- Design and customize international holiday packages based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings from confirmation to completion
- Handle booking-related queries, changes, and operational issues efficiently
- Provide accurate costing and maintain profitability on packages
- Stay updated with destination information, travel regulations, visa requirements, and seasonal travel trends
