About the Role

Kumbuckal Pepper is looking for a confident, well-presented and prospect-oriented Public Relations Officer who can represent the company professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers, farmers, business partners, government authorities and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a legal background with strong public interaction skills, excellent communication abilities and the flexibility to be available whenever important business or stakeholder requirements arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Kumbuckal Pepper professionally when interacting with customers, farmers, government officials, business partners and the general public.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with important stakeholders.
- Handle public enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities and other institutions when required.
- Use legal knowledge to support the company in documentation, agreements, notices, disputes and other legal coordination matters.
- Coordinate with advocates and legal professionals on company-related matters when required.
- Support management in resolving customer, stakeholder and public-related issues.
- Identify new business, networking and relationship-building opportunities for the company.
- Develop and maintain contacts that can create opportunities for Kumbuckal Pepper.
- Attend meetings, events, exhibitions and stakeholder programmes on behalf of the company.
- Maintain skilled communication through telephone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.




- Provide regular updates to management regarding important stakeholder discussions and opportunities.
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Be available and responsive when urgent business, customer or stakeholder matters arise.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- 4–5 years of experience in a legal background, public relations, liaison, corporate affairs or a similar role.
- Strong experience in public interaction and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in:
- Malayalam
- English
- Hindi
- Kannada
- A confident and professional personality.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior officials, customers and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- High level of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for the company.

Qualification

- LLB / Legal qualification preferred.
