Job Requirement – Storekeeper / Parts Executive (Car Dealership)

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper / Parts Executive to manage spare-parts inventory and ordering at our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage spare-parts stock, inward, outward, and bin locations.
- Place parts orders through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Analyze past consumption and workshop demand to forecast future parts requirements.
- Maintain optimum inventory and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete parts.
- Use Excel and DMS reports for stock analysis and data manipulation.
- Track pending orders, backorders, and emergency requirements.
- Conduct stock verification and reconcile physical stock with DMS.
- Coordinate with Workshop, Service Advisors,



Accounts, and OEM/suppliers.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts/store operations preferred.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Good Excel and data-handling ability.
- Experience with DMS/ERP inventory systems.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts.
- Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and attention to detail.

Candidates with prior automobile dealership experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
