In WeCredit we are looking for confident and enthusiastic freshers for a Business Development Executive – Home Loan role.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Generate and follow up on Personal Loan leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options




- Coordinate with customers and lending partners throughout the process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely lead conversion
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience.
- Prior telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage, although it is not mandatory.

Preference: Freshers with solid communication and confidence, particularly candidates who have some prior exposure to telecalling or customer-facing roles.
