Job Title: Planning Engineer

Experience: 8–15 years

Qualification: Civil Engineering/Construction Background

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong construction background to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered within the planned schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Project.

Prepare baseline programs, detailed work schedules, and recovery programs.

Monitor actual site progress against planned progress.

Collect daily/weekly progress data from construction teams and update schedules.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Track critical activities, milestones, and project completion dates.

Perform look-ahead planning for 2-week, 3-week, and monthly periods.

Identify delays, analyze their causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with construction, procurement, engineering, QA/QC,



commercial, and subcontractor teams.

Monitor material, manpower, equipment, and productivity against project requirements.

Ensure construction activities are aligned with approved drawings, method statements, and project milestones.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to project planning and progress.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of construction planning and project scheduling..

Good understanding of civil construction activities and sequencing.

Ability to analyze delays and prepare recovery plans.

Good knowledge of Excel, including progress tracking and reporting.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently at a construction/project site.

Preferred Experience: Civil Engineer/ Construction can only apply/ Real Estate Residential Apartments

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
