Job Title: Computer Operator
Department: Administration
Location: Medical College & Hospital
Reporting To: Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain employee, student, patient, or departmental data accurately.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, registers, and other MIS records.
- Handle data entry, document preparation, scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the department.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection and verification.
- Support HR/Administration teams in attendance, payroll-related data, employee records, and other documentation.
- Assist in preparing official letters, notices, memos, and other documents.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned computer and documentation work.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualification

- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of internet and email
- Ability to prepare and maintain Excel reports
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of organizational information

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
