- SOP review for local payroll processing approaches
- Validate all existing payroll processes are valid and follow local regulations for reporting taxes to local authorities
- Each countries SOP to be updated based on recommendations found to improve existing processes
- Ensure Total Reward Analyst responsible for a given region understands all recommendations and has had a chance to do two run throughs of the new processes with the Consultant validating all outputs of the run-throughs for consistency.

The consultant will support the client in transitioning APAC and EMEA payroll processing to the newly established payroll team in India.
The Consultant will conduct a review of current payroll processes, documentation, and controls to confirm that they meet best practice and compliance standards.
The Consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the relevant countries and will provide guidance, clarification, and recommendations to ensure a smooth transition.
Additionally, the Consultant will provide hands-on knowledge transfer and training to the Client's designated payroll resource(s) in India.
