About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales executives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients/leads.
- Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, references, etc.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products or services and prepare initial proposals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.




- Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate sales and customer information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales
