In this role, you will act as the primary contact for key decision-makers, align with their business objectives, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute account strategies to boost revenue growth and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Analyze customer feedback, preferences, and pain points to spot opportunities for business improvement. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and optimize customer outcomes. * Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to guide sales and product development. * Manage complaint resolutions efficiently to ensure fast, effective solutions that exceed client expectations. * Oversee digital assets and marketing materials using cloud storage platforms like Dropbox. * Attend regular factory visits,



training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on product offerings. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. * Experience: 4–5 years in CRM, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record in Exports, Construction, Manufacturing, or Design. * Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, including the ability to build rapport with C-level executives. * Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with platforms like Dropbox. * Language: Strong English communication skills (Required).
