Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant on a contract/freelance basis for an onsite SAP support project with our manufacturing client in Delhi. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day production support, issue resolution, functional configuration, business user coordination, testing, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end functional and production support for the SAP SD module.
- Handle and troubleshoot the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.
- Support Sales Orders, Deliveries, Post Goods Issue (PGI), Billing and related business transactions.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, user issues and change requests within agreed timelines.
- Configure and support Pricing Procedure, Condition Technique, Access Sequences and Condition Records.
- Handle Copy Control, Partner Determination, Output Determination, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories.
- Support shipping, delivery and billing processes.
- Work on customer and material master data issues relevant to SAP SD.
- Provide support for credit management and customer-related business processes.
- Coordinate with SAP FI, MM and PP teams for cross-functional integration issues.
- Coordinate with ABAP and BASIS teams for enhancements, debugging support, interfaces, forms and technical issues.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development/testing activities where required.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployment activities.




- Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- Maintain issue logs, solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP SD functional consulting experience.
- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and production support.
- Strong knowledge of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Order Processing, Delivery, PGI and Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Pricing Procedure and Condition Technique.
- Experience with Copy Control, Partner Determination, Output Determination, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories.
- Good understanding of SAP SD integration with FI, MM and PP.
- Experience working with manufacturing business processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to independently analyze business requirements and resolve functional issues.
- Experience coordinating directly with client business users and technical teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite at the client location in Delhi for the full contract duration.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP ECC experience.
- Experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout or major enhancement project.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation/GST processes relevant to sales and billing.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production or supply chain environments.

Pay: ₹428,783.06 - ₹1,693,109.12 per year
