We are looking for a Sales Expert who can actively grow our café sales as well as franchise business.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and capable of creating practical strategies to increase daily sales, attract new customers, generate leads, and convert potential franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to increase café sales and revenue.
- Generate new customer leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Increase sales through local marketing, partnerships, promotions, and other sales activities.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners.
- Generate franchise leads and handle the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
- Build relationships with potential investors and franchise customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
- Study the local market and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Suggest new offers, promotions, and sales ideas to improve revenue.




- Track daily/weekly sales performance and work toward assigned targets.
- Coordinate with the management team to implement successful sales strategies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in F&B;, café, restaurant, retail, or franchise sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and field sales.
- Ability to independently generate business and achieve targets.
- Robust understanding of customer acquisition and sales conversion.
- A result-oriented and proactive personality.
