About the Role

Spectra Televentures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Telecom Project Coordinator to oversee telecom civil site execution and tower installation projects across Jammu & Kashmir. The ideal candidate must be locally based in Jammu with deep field experience in telecom civil works and an established network of local civil and erection vendors across the region.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

- Telecom Civil & Tower Experience: Proven background in managing telecom site civil execution, tower foundation work, tower erection (RTT/GBT), shelter/DG foundation, and site layout preparation.
- Active Vendor Network: Strong existing network of local civil contractors, manpower vendors, labor crews, and local equipment suppliers across Jammu & Kashmir.
- Location: Must be a permanent resident of or currently based in Jammu, capable of managing local ground challenges and traveling to field sites across J&K.;

Key Responsibilities

- Civil Execution & Supervision: Coordinate daily telecom civil construction activities, including soil testing, site excavation, concrete pouring, tower foundation curing, and tower erection.
- Vendor & Sub-Contractor Management: Onboard, deploy, and supervise local civil and erection vendors; track daily site progress,



material usage, and milestone completion.
- Site Deployment & SLA Tracking: Ensure projects progress according to site-wise target dates, technical specifications, and quality audit standards mandated by telecom operators/IP-1 providers.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure civil foundations pass structural quality checks and field teams follow strict EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) guidelines during tower erection.
- Local Liaisoning & NOC Coordination: Handle local municipal/gram panchayat permissions, power connection coordination, and ground-level site issues to prevent work stoppages.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site progress tracker (WIP), verify vendor bills against physical site progress, and submit final handover/as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in telecom passive infrastructure / civil execution (tower installation projects).
- Skills: Strong vendor management skills, project tracking, local terrain navigation (J&K; region), problem-solving, and site quality control.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across site locations in the Jammu & Kashmir region.
