Rock Auto Parts is a growing US-focused auto parts company serving customers across the United States. We help vehicle owners, mechanics, repair shops, and other customers find the right auto parts based on their vehicle requirements.

We are expanding our Hyderabad team and are looking for confident and motivated International Sales Executives to join our US voice process.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the United States.
- Understand customer requirements and help them identify the right auto parts.
- Collect and verify vehicle details including year, make, model, trim, and other fitment information.
- Search internal systems, supplier databases, and online sources to identify suitable parts.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and product information.
- Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with previous inquiries, quotations, and potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call notes, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with suppliers and parts vendors to confirm availability and pricing when required.
- Build strong relationships with US customers through professional communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in International Voice Process, US Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and confidence on calls can also apply.
- Excellent spoken English with clear and professional communication.
- Comfortable communicating with customers from the United States.




- Good customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
- Strong sales mindset and ability to convert inquiries into sales.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with web-based applications.
- CRM experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn about US auto parts and vehicle fitment.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Shift Details

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

Candidates must be comfortable working during US business hours.
