We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Therapist to join our team in Salem.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate therapy and support to clients.
- Understand and respond to individual client needs.
- Follow therapy plans and instructions provided by the team.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Maintain basic client records and daily reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients, parents, and team members.
- Work effectively with other staff members.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
