Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring the organization is 100% compliant with all statutory obligations under various labor laws.
a) Department of Factory – License, Handling Notices & replying suitably, Closure of notices and License (in case of closure of Unit). (files detail, anything pending)
b) Department of Labour – License, Renewal, Closure, Annual returns, Half yearly returns, Notice reply. (Check on annual returns to be made
c) Trade License & Gram Panchayat Renewal. (details for the same)
d) Pollution Control Board – Coordinating with vendors, replying to notices, Returns and Renewals. (Vendor details, any pending notices, actions to be taken)
e) When there is a need Handling PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & other matters for Correspondences & Notice replies. (previous notices)
f) Ensure compliance in contract management and vendor HR obligations. (how many permanent & contract employees)
g) Liasoning with lawyers and connected matters. (who are our legal team)
Payroll & HR MIS:
a) Supporting the Payroll Management team, bringing new initiatives, helping to use payroll more effectively.
Safety Audit
a) Ensuring Safety SOP’s are followed in all the Branches. (Study the safety SOP)
b) Conduct Periodical and annual safety audit, suggesting corrective actions, Time to time updating safety SOP & ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and contracts. (when was the last audit, what were found at that time, how the issue resolved)
c) Arranging mock fire drill sessions and ensuring time-to-time renewal of fire extinguishers. (Contact fire exchange people to arrange this in our outlets)
d) Ensuring even third party workers are aware of the safety process.
e) Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company. (What and all the registers we are maintaining)
Grievance Handling
a) Grievance Redressal – Drafting, Policy, Committee formation, Handling grievances, documentation, and closure.
b) Handle employee relations, grievance redressal.
IR & Disciplinary Actions:
a)
Handle employee grievances and disputes through proper channels.
b) Ensure compliance with labor laws, and statutory regulations.
c) Ensure discipline and adherence to company rules, policies, and code of conduct.
d) Correct employee behavior through warnings, counseling, or penalties.
e) Manage internal investigations related to misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.
Employee Feedback Mechanisms
a) Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring employee feedback mechanisms to enhance engagement, improve workplace culture, and support continuous organizational development.
b) Develop and implement structured employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, suggestion systems, one-on-one sessions, etc.).
c) Collect, analyze, and interpret employee feedback data to identify trends, concerns, and improvement areas.
File Management & Record Keeping
Will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing all HR-related documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.
Branch Visits
a) Conduct attendance, punctuality, and leave record checks.
b) Ensure workplace safety and adherence to labor laws (working hours, EHS measures, etc.).
c) Verify proper implementation of Safety Audit and Norms
d) Report findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
e) Follow up on previously raised issues to ensure timely resolution.
f) Motivate staff and address attrition-related concerns.
Unit Handling & Recruitment Assistance
a) Time to time based on the need Units will be assigned to handle end to end HR operations.
b) Whenever need arises, recruitment assistance to be extended.
Others:
a) POSH Policy – Drafting, training formation of the committee, Annual returns, Minutes of meetings, Display of the act in the unit, Time to time updates.
b) Organize training programs on POSH, ethics, workplace safety, and compliance awareness.
c) Any other assignment assigned by Head HR from time to time.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
