We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Indian Terrain apparel store in Gangtok.

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall store operations, sales performance, customer service, inventory management and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the apparel retail store.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle inventory, stock receiving, stock replenishment and stock audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline and overall presentation.
- Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with the management/brand team regarding store operations and requirements

Criteria





- Candidates with relevant retail experience may also be considered.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in apparel/fashion retail will be preferred.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should have good grooming and a professional personality.
- Candidates from Gangtok location is preferred.
