LedgerGate Academy is looking for energetic and student-focused Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through our course offerings and assist them in making informed enrolment decisions. The role involves student counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining effective communication with prospective and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of all communications.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by understanding student requirements and recommending suitable courses.
- Maintain and update CRM systems/lead tracking sheets with accurate follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Participate in webinars, virtual counselling sessions, and offline admission events when required.




- Provide post-admission support and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in student counselling, telecalling, admissions, or education sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
