Job Overview

We're looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman who's precise, fast, and detail-obsessed. Your day-to-day: turning design concepts into accurate architectural and interior drawings in AutoCAD, and supporting the team with 3D models and renders when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings and interior drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and working drawings — in AutoCAD
- Convert design sketches and concepts into precise, to-scale CAD drawings
- Maintain drawing revisions, layers, and documentation with strict accuracy
- Support 3D models in SketchUp and renders in Enscape as needed




- Coordinate drawings with engineers, contractors, and the design team for execution
- Conduct site visits to verify drawings against in office progress

Sharp Skills That We Are Looking For

- AutoCAD (drafting, working drawings, construction drawings)
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior drawings, and building bye-laws
- Speed and accuracy in 2D drafting and detailing
- Diploma in Civil / Architecture, or any diploma with strong AutoCAD proficiency
- 2-4 years' experience as a draftsman in architecture or interior design

Good to Have

- SketchUp (3D Modelling)
- Enscape (3D Rendering / 3D Visualisation)
- Revit
