Position: Project Manager – Construction
Qualification: B.E.– Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years in Construction
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, cost, and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings.
- Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
- Review project progress, contractor bills, and variations.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Lead and guide project/site engineers and supervisors.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, methods, quality, and safety.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera and MS Office preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Civil Engineering professional with 10+ years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects within the required time, cost, quality, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
