Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our Electronics Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packing electronic products while following standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Assemble electronic products as per work instructions and engineering drawings.

· Perform soldering of through-hole and SMD components (if required).

· Conduct functional testing and quality inspections.

· Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and production issues.

· Maintain production records, batch reports, and daily output.

· Follow production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.

· Handle electronic components using ESD-safe practices.

· Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, and testing equipment.

· Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.

· Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Engineering departments.

· Follow all company safety and quality policies.

Required Qualifications

· ITI (Electronics/Electrical) / Diploma in Electronics / B.E. Electronics (Freshers may apply depending on role).

· Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.

· Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and assembly instructions.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).





· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

· PCB Assembly

Experience

· Fresher to 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing.

· Experience in PCB assembly, soldering and testing
