Experience: 3–5 years
Job Purpose
Responsible for supervising and managing all maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and other infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate duties to maintenance staff.
- Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility systems.
- Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for specialized maintenance work.
- Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and inventory.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, quotations, and service records.
- Report major breakdowns, repair requirements, and maintenance expenses to management.
- Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of all facility equipment and infrastructure.
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance/supervisory experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
