About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead Government Skilling, Liaisoning, Institutional Partnerships and Fundraising initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with government departments, skill development missions, government institutions, CSR foundations and other institutional stakeholders to support the organisation's skilling and livelihood programmes.

The role requires strong communication, networking, proposal development, government liaisoning and fundraising capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with Central and State Government departments, Skill Development Missions, District Administration and other government institutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities for government-supported skilling and livelihood programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR foundations, corporates, PSUs, development organisations and institutional donors.
- Identify potential funding and partnership opportunities for skill development, employment, entrepreneurship and livelihood projects.
- Prepare and coordinate project proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations and funding documents.
- Support preparation and submission of EOIs, RFPs, tenders and government programme applications.
- Coordinate with internal programme, operations, MIS and finance teams for proposal development and project implementation.
- Track government schemes, tenders, CSR opportunities and upcoming skilling programmes.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, consultations, conferences and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop partnerships with Training Partners, Sector Skill Councils, employers and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Maintain a systematic database of government contacts, CSR prospects, institutional partners and funding opportunities.




- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of partnership and funding discussions.
- Support fundraising targets and contribute towards organisational growth.
- Prepare regular reports on government liaisoning, fundraising pipeline, proposals submitted, partnerships developed and funds mobilised.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the Government Skill Development ecosystem.
- Good understanding of government schemes, skilling programmes and institutional processes.
- Excellent government liaisoning and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong fundraising and business development ability.
- Excellent proposal and concept-note writing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently develop and manage institutional relationships.
- Good understanding of CSR and social development programmes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹12,161.07 - ₹40,000.00 per month
