We're hiring an Academic Counsellor to reach out to prospective students via outbound and cold calls, understand their goals, and guide them to the right courses/programs, converting leads into enrollments.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years' experience in outbound calling / cold calling / telesales (EdTech or education background preferred)
- Solid communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven, comfortable with high call volumes
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CRM/MS Office familiarity
Responsibilities: Cold call leads, counsel students on courses, follow up consistently, hit enrollment targets, maintain CRM records.
