The Manager Trainee will undergo structured training in outlet operations, team management, customer service, inventory control, sales, quality control, and administrative activities. The role is designed to develop the employee into a competent Outlet Manager capable of independently managing day-to-day QSR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor staff deployment, shift schedules, attendance, and punctuality.
- Ensure operational procedures and company policies are followed.
2. Team Management
- Assist the Outlet Manager in supervising crew members.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Support training and onboarding of new employees.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
