About the Miyo:

MIYO Dessert Bar is a "freestyle" dessert spot in Mumbai that has gained viral popularity for its "build-your-own" concept. Instead of a fixed menu, it operates like a bar where you customize your own dessert bowls using premium bases and toppings.

Specific Responsibilities:

● Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all Miyo outlets, ensuring smooth,

consistent, and on-brand service delivery.

● Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations,

beverage preparation, hygiene, and customer service.

● Monitor outlet performance through KPIs such as throughput, waste, customer

satisfaction, and revenue targets.

● Lead, train, and mentor store-level teams including Commis, baristas, and front-of

house staff.

● Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability

of ingredients and packaging materials.

● Conduct regular store audits for quality control, cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and

compliance with FSSAI standards.

● Handle escalated guest complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent

recurrence.

● Support the launch and onboarding of new store locations, including staff

recruitment,



training, and setup.

● Provide weekly operational reports and performance insights to the founders and

senior leadership.

● Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvements.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

● 3–6 years of operations experience in F&B;, QSR, café chains, or similar hospitality

environments.

● Prior experience managing multi-outlet operations is strongly preferred.

● Strong knowledge of F&B; operations, inventory management, and vendor

coordination.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

● Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment with minimal

supervision.

● Strong commitment to hygiene, food safety standards (FSSAI), and operational

consistency.
