We are looking for a goal-oriented, energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive our student admissions, build relationships with parents, and manage end-to-end sales and counseling workflows.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Parent Counseling & Conversion: Connect with prospective parents, understand their child’s learning needs, present appropriate courses, and convert leads into active enrollments.
- ​Demo Class Management: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure parent/student attendance for online live demo classes with our instructors.
- ​CRM & Data Management: Regularly update and maintain lead statuses, follow-up logs, and conversion metrics in CRM and Microsoft Excel sheets.
- ​Pipeline Management: Follow up with warm leads systematically to ensure zero drop-offs and high conversion rates.
- ​Marketing & Growth Input: Utilize basic digital marketing knowledge to coordinate lead flows from social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp) and suggest strategies to optimize lead conversion.

​Mandatory Requirements & Skills

- ​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to interact confidently with parents.
- ​Tech & Tool Proficiency:



Practical hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems for lead management.
- ​Sales & Counseling Aptitude: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- ​Organization & Multitasking: Excellent schedule management skills to coordinate multiple demo classes and parent follow-ups seamlessly.
- ​Prior Experience: 1–3 years of sales, tele-counseling, or business development experience in the EdTech/Education sector is highly preferred.
