Job Title: Surveyor
Qualification: 10th / 12th / BA / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct property surveys in assigned areas.
- Visit residential and commercial properties for data collection.
- Collect details related to property size, usage, ownership, and other required information.
- Verify property tax-related information and records.
- Take photographs of properties, where required.
- Enter and update survey data in mobile applications or computer systems.
- Prepare daily survey reports and submit them to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with property owners and local authorities during the survey.
- Identify incorrect or missing property information.
- Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of collected data.
- Perform other survey-related work as assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Ability to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to collect and record data accurately.
- Freshers are welcome.
