About the Role

Bringletech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can independently manage multiple clients while also handling content creation, photography, videography, graphics, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with multiple brands/clients, understand social media strategy, and be comfortable planning, shooting, editing, publishing, and managing content from end to end.

Digital/Creative Agency experience will be highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
- Develop and execute social media strategies according to each client's brand and objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall account performance.
- Prepare social media reports and suggest improvements.
- Research competitors, trends, hashtags, and new content opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, approvals, feedback, and revisions.

Content Creation

- Independently conceptualize and create Reels, short-form videos, photos, carousels, stories, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts based on client objectives and current social media trends.
- Handle camera and basic photography/videography for shoots.
- Set up basic lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles.
- Shoot professional-looking content for social media and marketing campaigns.




- Be comfortable directing or coordinating people during shoots.
- Assist with styling, props, locations, and overall visual presentation where required.
- Repurpose existing content into different social media formats.

Graphics & Video Editing

- Create social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Ensure all creatives follow the client's brand guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Creation.
- Proven experience handling multiple clients or brands simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of camera handling, photography, and videography.
- Good graphic design skills, especially in Canva.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, formats, and algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Good client-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects independently.
- Solid creative and visual sense.





Must-Have

We are looking for someone who can handle the complete content and social media cycle:

Strategy → Content Ideas → Scripting → Shooting → Editing → Graphics → Publishing → Engagement → Analytics

The candidate should not be dependent on different teams for every small task and should be capable of taking an idea from concept to final published content.

Experience managing 5–10+ client accounts will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, Creative Agency, Branding Agency, or Production House will be preferred.

A strong portfolio of social media accounts, Reels, graphics, photography, videography, or previous client work is highly desirable.
