We are looking for a Accountant – Tax & Compliance to assist in accounting and statutory compliance work for multiple clients and entities.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and basic ROC/MCA compliances and should be willing to learn and take responsibility for assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally
- Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliation
- Preparation of basic Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
- Preparation and filing support for GST returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
- GSTR-2B / ITC reconciliation
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns
- Preparation and filing support for Income Tax Returns
- Assistance in ROC/MCA annual and other compliance filings
- Maintaining compliance records and due-date trackers
- Preparing data and documents required for audits and assessments
- Following up with clients for required accounting and compliance documents
- Other accounting and tax-related work as assigned
