Job Title: AC Mechanic

Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor / Hotel Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AC Mechanic to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in our frozen food processing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient functioning of cooling systems critical for food storage and processing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems (including cold rooms, chillers, deep freezers, etc.).
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine inspections.
- Detect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensure proper temperature control and functioning of HVAC systems in processing and storage areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
- Maintain logs and documentation of repairs and servicing.




- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and support during plant shutdowns or emergencies.
- Ensure all safety standards and protocols are followed.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or relevant trade.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems, preferably in a food or cold storage plant.
- Robust knowledge of compressors, refrigerants, chillers, and related equipment.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.

Preferred:

- Experience in frozen food or dairy/processing industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,433.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
