Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and Mechanical services
- Knowledge of Ducting, Chilled Water, Piping and Equipment Modeling
- Proficiency in Navisworks and Clash Detection
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and project workflows
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Create HVAC layouts, ducting, piping and equipment models.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings and BIM deliverables.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Review drawings and identify design discrepancies and coordination issues.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements..
Senior / Manager-Level Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Mechanical BIM modeling teams.
- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress and deliverables.
- Review BIM models, drawings and team outputs for quality.
- Mentor and guide Junior and Mid-Level BIM Modelers.
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial Projects, Data Centers and other MEP projects will be preferred.
