Industry: Hydraulic Hose & Fittings / Manufacturing

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, delivery coordination, and after-sales support related to hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements for hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for customer orders.
- Prepare and share quotations, order details, and delivery updates.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the technical team for hose assembly specifications and requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up for customer feedback and support after-sales requirements.
- Prepare basic reports related to customer enquiries, orders,



and pending issues.
- Maintain good and professional relationships with customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of technical products.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them internally.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Graduate candidates with relevant experience in hydraulic, automotive, industrial, or engineering products may also apply.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
