Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and other lead sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and support the sales team.
Desired Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales/Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
