Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and support daily construction activities.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction work, good coordination skills, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility. Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply, and experienced candidates are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work.
- Ensure required materials are available at the site.
- Check workmanship and report quality issues to the concerned team.
- Read and understand basic construction and engineering drawings.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors and ensure assigned work is completed on time.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.
- Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and material requirements.
- Assist with site inspections and project coordination meetings.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Report daily progress, delays, material requirements, and site issues to management.
- Support the project team in ensuring smooth and timely project execution.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site activities.




- Ability to understand basic architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple site activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on construction sites and travel when required.

Candidates with previous experience in construction, site supervision, civil works, or project coordination will be considered based on their experience and technical knowledge.
