Duties/Roles:

- Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the Kiosk Kaffee.
- Managing and regularly updating the brand’s social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Creating and curating engaging and visually appealing content, such as photos, videos, and written posts, that promote the brand’s products and values.
- Collaborating with the brand’s marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.




- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and qualified manner.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identifying opportunities to innovate and improve the brand’s social media presence.
- Collaborating with other departments such as product development and customer service to integrate social media efforts with overall company strategies.
- Building a community of loyal brand ambassadors and engaging them to promote the brand in their networks.
- Collaborating with influencers or bloggers to create sponsored content that promotes the brand.
