Real Global Marketing (RGM) is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving businesses across the globe. We are looking for a dedicated and performance-driven PPC Executive to join our remote team and manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with each client's business objectives.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review and client updates.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to improve overall campaign performance.

Requirements





- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Working Hours

- Night Shift Only
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Availability required between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)
