Profile - Quantity Surveyor

Location: India
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Key Skills: Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, CostX/PlanSwift

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Conduct rate analysis, variations, and payment certifications.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to calculate accurate quantities.
- Monitor project costs during construction and provide site support.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant building project experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take‑off software (CostX/PlanSwift).
- Solid knowledge of construction practices and cost estimation methods.
- Ability to work independently and deliver precise cost monitoring outputs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
