We are looking for an entry-level Accounts & Internal Audit Executive to support the Head Office Accounts team and assist in monitoring financial and operational processes across our factories and branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, entries, reconciliations and documentation.
- Assist in verification of invoices, expenses, payments and other financial records.
- Conduct regular checks and basic internal audits of branch/factory accounts and processes.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documentation and process gaps.
- Regularly coordinate with factories and branches to ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related work.
- Maintain trackers for pending items and actively follow up until closure.
- Prepare basic MIS, audit observations and reports for management.

Requirements





- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers may also apply.
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting, MS Excel and preferably Tally.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and organised.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to understand both accounting and operational processes.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable regularly coordinating with different factory and branch teams to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
