We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join Keshvin Hyundai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, delivering excellent customer service, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai vehicles
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain robust relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
- Keep updated on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
