Role Overview

Handle legal documentation, statutory compliance reviews, vendor contracts, and risk management matters for the hospital to ensure full regulatory adherence and mitigate legal exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts, vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and institutional memoranda of understanding.
- Medico-Legal & Dispute Management: Assist in managing medico-legal cases, consumer court complaints, legal notices, and coordination with external legal counsel for representation.
- Regulatory Compliance & Licensing: Ensure strict hospital adherence to statutory healthcare regulations, clinical establishment rules, medical council guidelines, and operational licensing requirements.
- Risk Assessment & Advisory: Conduct periodic legal risk assessments across clinical and administrative workflows, providing proactive advice to management on risk mitigation and statutory compliance.
- Policy & Documentation Oversight: Maintain comprehensive legal archives, update hospital policy templates,



and conduct internal legal awareness briefings for administrative and clinical leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: LL.B degree from a recognized university or law institution.
- Experience: 1–5 years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, medico-legal matters, or healthcare compliance settings.
- Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in healthcare laws, contract law, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and sound judgment under sensitive circumstances.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
