Payroll Executive – Job Description

Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Experience: 1.5–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, attendance, employee salary records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll and good knowledge of PF, ESI, UAN, and payroll-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and UAN-related activities.
- Prepare salary sheets, payroll registers, MIS reports, and payroll reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, UAN, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and approvals.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and payroll documentation.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing & Salary Administration.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESI & UAN.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate.
- 1.5–3 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Candidates who can commute conveniently to Chandni Chowk, Delhi will be preferred.
