Job Responsibilities





Handle international customers through voice/chat support.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.

Resolve Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows and application-related issues.

Log, update and manage incidents through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

Identify problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate CRM and MIS records.

Provide excellent customer service while meeting process and quality targets.

For senior roles, handle L2/L3 technical issues and support escalations.

For selected roles, assist with technical sales/pre-sales activities.
