Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions, with a solid focus on sales, business development, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Telecalling, and Customer Relationship roles.
- Recruit for corporate and support functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Administration.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure smooth offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, BFSI, Sales, or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
