- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of tender documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly signed, stamped, and submitted as per the tender requirements.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, legal) to gather necessary documents and information required for tender submissions.
- Coordinate meetings and tender review sessions within the team to discuss ongoing and upcoming tenders.
- Tender Monitoring:
- Monitor various tender portals, government websites, and other sources for recent tender opportunities.
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed within the required timeframe.
- Administration:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.




- Prepare and distribute reports on tender activities and progress to management.
- Support the department in maintaining databases related to tenders, vendors, and clients.
- Post-Tender Support:
- Assist with the documentation and communication during post-tender stages, such as contract finalization, clarifications, or appeals.

Prepare reports summarizing the outcomes of tender submissions for internal review.

Qualification :Diploma/BE Mechanical/ IC

Location : Ellisbridge Ahemdabad

Salary : 25000 to 40000 Per Month

Expierence : 3 to 5 Year

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
