Hotel Raintr33 is a 6-floor boutique hotel with 47 well-appointed rooms, located in the prime area of Hitech City, Hyderabad. We are dedicated to offering exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.

Job Description:
We are looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to join our front office team. As the face of the hotel, you will ensure smooth check-ins, assist guests, and maintain a positive front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and OTA bookings
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain front desk records and ensure smooth shift handovers
- Handle guest issues promptly and politely

Requirements:





- 1+ years of front office or receptionist experience (hotel preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with hotel software (IDS/Opera) is a plus
- Pleasant, professional appearance and approach
- Freshers with good communication may also apply
