About WYBIX

WYBIX is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our remote team and manage social media presence for our US-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, understanding social media trends, and developing strategies that help brands grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow social media accounts for US-based clients across multiple platforms.

* Develop and execute social media strategies based on each client’s goals and target audience.

* Manage platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

* Create, schedule, publish, and manage social media content consistently.

* Research current social media trends, viral content, hashtags, formats, and audience behavior.

* Develop content ideas, captions, hooks, and creative concepts that drive engagement.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members when required.

* Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.

* Track account performance and prepare regular performance reports.

* Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, views, clicks, and conversions.

* Continuously test and improve content strategies based on performance.

* Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features,



and emerging trends.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional online presence for every client.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media management.

* Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or clients.

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective algorithms.

* Excellent knowledge of content strategy, social media growth, engagement, and analytics.

* Strong English communication and writing skills.

* Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy in qualified English.

* Good understanding of the US audience, trends, and social media culture is highly preferred.

* Ability to independently plan and execute social media tasks.

* Strong time-management and organizational skills.

* Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and high-performing content.

* Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:

* Social media strategy and account growth

* Short-form video content / Reels / TikTok

* Content calendars and scheduling

* Social media analytics and reporting

* Trend and competitor research

* Community management

* Influencer/creator research





* Basic understanding of paid social media advertising

* Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business tools, YouTube Studio, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms

Working Hours

This is a Work From Home position.

You are required to complete 6 hours of work per day within the following time window:

9:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST

The exact 6-hour working schedule can be managed within this window according to work requirements and team coordination.

Compensation & Payment

$180 per week

Payment will be made every Friday.
