- Lead and supervise academic, research, and training teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily team activities and project progress.
- Mentor faculty members, trainers, and research associates.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Ensure timely completion of academic projects, research publications, and client deliverables.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Maintain quality standards in educational and research services.
- Support business development activities through academic and technical expertise.
