Basic Qualification: Graduate in Science / Commerce or Diploma Marketing or BE/Diploma- Power/Electrical/EC /IC
Job Description:
- Closed and regular communication (daily targeted calls and emails) with existing customer for submitted offer, order execution and product performance.
- Find new potential customer contacts and establish regular communication with them
- Getting the targeted enquiry from respective area with appropriate product mix and services
- Closed communication with channels and make them interested for channel partner
- Payment collection as per plan
- Generating new targeted customers and enquiries for our product and services.
- Co-coordinating with Reporting authority for contract review, tenders, dispatch, payments collection, and customer complaints and providing the solutions.
- Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company by assuring good experience to the customer by arranging advertisement, exhibition, newsletter list, up-gradation, arranging and delivering seminars / presentations etc.
- Closely communication with channel partner, consultants, end customer & System Integrators to foresee the Market positions
- Reporting regularly as per requirement..
- Retaining existing customer's dealing with them on day-to day basis and solving their problems.
- Collection of performance letter, performance feedback in Audio/Video forms. Gathering information for case study. Updating customer list , other document’s etc.
- To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.
