JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE FIELD SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Graduation or Higher

EXPERIENCE 1 to 6+ Years

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer handling

Valuable communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in computer operations

Target-oriented, result-driven, and self-motivated

Honest, trustworthy, and professionally committed

Experience in B2B and B2C sales will be preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales, Marketing, Installation, Demonstration, and Service of Clinical Diagnostic Equipment, Laboratory Instruments, and Chemicals used in Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, Blood Banks, and Pathology Laboratories for Human Blood Diagnosis

Promoting company products to doctors, laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare professionals

Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads in assigned territories

Conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical specifications and operational benefits to customers.

Providing after-sales service, troubleshooting support, and customer assistance

Coordinating with clients regarding installation, maintenance, and operational training of equipment

Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and clients

Achieving assigned sales, service, and collection targets within stipulated timelines

Preparing daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintaining customer records

TRANING POLICY

As You know the providing training to cost to the company.



Free training will be provided to suitable candidates, Candidates must be willing to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training with performance, which will be documented in writing

SALARY & BENIFITS

Salary will be paid during the training period, Salary structure may vary based on candidate experience, product knowledge, and relevant field exposure, TA/DA, fuel expenses, hotel expenses, and sales incentives will be provided as per company policy

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY- Increment in Salary after closing of the financial year based on performance, Premotions, responsibility and attractive TA/DA

WORKING CONDITIONS

6 working days per week, weekly off on Sunday, Government holidays applicable as per company policy, PF and ESI facilities are not applicable for this position

LEAVE POLICY

EL, CL, and Sick Leave will be applicable after successful completion of the probation period
