Art Director — Real Estate Creative Agency

We are looking for a creative and concept-driven Art Director with prior experience working with real estate brands/agencies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the visual direction of campaigns and managing a cross-functional creative team comprising graphic designers and video editors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead art direction and creative development for real estate brands and projects.

- Conduct site visits and translate project USPs, architecture and positioning into solid visual concepts.

- Oversee creative output across digital, social media, print, newspaper, OOH and hoardings.

- Lead and manage graphic designers and video editors, ensuring quality and timely execution.

- Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, moodboards and creative directions.

- Collaborate with content, marketing and client-facing teams to execute integrated campaigns.

- Ensure consistency across creative sizing, adaptations and final artwork.

- Stay updated with current design, advertising and real estate communication trends.

- Use Pinterest and other visual reference platforms for research, inspiration and moodboarding.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of relevant experience in creative/art direction.

- Prior experience working with real estate brands or within a real estate-focused agency is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of real estate creative communication across digital, print and OOH.

- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.

- Ability to lead and coordinate graphic designers and video editors.

- Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling and creative judgement.

- Experience with hoardings, newspaper advertisements and other real estate marketing collateral.

- Video shooting/production experience is preferred.

- Strong understanding of creative sizing, adaptations and production requirements.

Portfolio — Mandatory

Portfolio should demonstrate work across real estate campaigns, hoardings, newspaper/print, digital/social media, branding and video, along with examples of creative leadership or team management.

Candidates with a strong real estate creative background and the ability to lead both design and video teams are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
